How it works

Three steps. No setup deck.

  1. 01

    Pick the language

Choose Spanish, Vietnamese, Hindi, Mandarin, or Tagalog per patient. Zip-code priors suggest the default for new patients.

  2. 02

    AI drafts the message

Reminder, recall, review ask, or a custom prompt. Your brand-voice samples are translated alongside the message — tone is preserved, not just words.

  3. 03

    You review and send

Translated draft + original English side-by-side. Edit either one, copy the final version, and send through the SMS or email channel you already use today.

What you'll see in the dashboard

Built around one screen. Acted on in one tap.

  • Per-patient language preference override
  • Outbound preview · translated alongside original
  • Brand-voice samples baked into every draft
  • Zip-code demographic priors for new patients
Feature FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is the translation accurate enough for medical context?

For general dental communication — reminders, recalls, review asks, scheduling — yes. Treatment-plan and consent-form language we leave to your in-office translator or interpreter service; those aren't SMS-appropriate anyway.

Does this send the SMS for me?

No. Drafts only. You copy the translated message and send it through your existing SMS or email tool. Two-way reply handling lands when our Twilio integration ships — we'll move you to it then with no price change.

Can my staff edit the translation before send?

Yes. Every draft is editable in both English and the target language before you copy and send.
